Floor access changes in KONE Office Flow app

The KONE Office Flow application’s administrator in the building (for example, security or reception) can make changes to the floors you have access to in the application. This can include removing or adding floors.

To see these changes, you should:

First, wait a short while. It takes a few minutes for the data to flow from the access control system to the Office Flow app.

Quit the app and start it again to see the updated changes.
