Managing KONE Journey

Access rights are managed through profiles that are created in building or tenant access system. The access system is integrated to KONE systems.

When a user is using their access card with KONE equipment, or making an elevator call in mobile app, the information of the access rights from ACS system is transferred to the KONE system. The user is then given elevator access to the floors that are determined accessible in their profile.
