Onboard as main user

This topic is intended for users living/working in or using the building, and who are the KONE Elevator Call main user for other users living/working in the same building.

Onboarding completes setting up KONE Elevator Call.

  • 1.

    Open the invitation email.

    An invitation email was sent to you by your KONE Elevator Call building administrator. When checking for the email, search for "KONE Elevator Call" and check your spam folder. If you cannot find the invitation email, contact your building administrator.

    Open the KONE Elevator Call App and sign in using email address and shared password or for auto login select CLICK HERE option provided in invitation mail.
  • 3.
    Read the privacy document, terms, and conditions, and tick the checkbox to accept.

    Note: As the main user, you are responsible for managing people and their access in your apartment or facility.

    Note: The building administrator has the rights to manage your permissions. If the building administrator deletes your profile, all sub-users created by you are also deleted.
