    Register new smartphone

    You can use only one device with a KONE Flow user account at a time. If you wish to use several devices, create another KONE Flow account.
    • 1.
      Open KONE Flow with your new smartphone to be registered and log in.
      The system asks if you want to log in to a new device and log out from the old device.
    • 2.
      Tap Proceed.
      The system logs you out from the old device and moves your permissions to the new device.
      You are ready to use KONE Elevator Call.
