    KONE Flow Mobile App for Elevator Call

    Sign up for KONE Flow

    To start using KONE Flow, create an account.

    • 1.
      Ask your building administrator or main user to add you to a KONE Elevator Call site.
    • 2.
      After you have been added to a site, the system sends you an invitation email.
    • 3.
      Open the invitation email with the email account you provided.

        Note: Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.
    • 4.
      Open the activation link to create a password.

        Note: The link is personal, and it activates a KONE Flow account for the email address it was sent to.
    • 5.
      Read the privacy document, terms, and conditions, and tick the checkbox to accept.
    • 6.
      Log in to KONE Flow with your account.
