    Onboarding

    Onboarding means setting up KONE Elevator Call for users. In most cases, the building administrator onboards the main users of the facilities, who then set up the onboarding of the sub-users within their facilities.

    The building administrator also onboards the managed users that are not connected to a facility and are not able to invite sub-users.
