Managing call groups

Delete Call group

  • 1.
    Log in to KONE Elevator Call Manager.
  • 2.
    Click the site drop down menu and select the site which you want to manage.
  • 3.
    Click CALL GROUP tab.
  • 4.
    Remove all the users being mapped under this call group.
  • 5.
    Click DELETE
    Confirm Delete selection.
