Create new Call group

Create new Call group

  • 1.
    Log in to KONE Elevator Call Manager.
  • 2.
    Click the site drop down menu and select the site which you want to manage.
  • 3.
    Click CALL GROUP tab.
  • 4.
    Click on ADD NEW CALL GROUP button.
  • 5.
    Give a name for the call group.
  • 6.
    Save added call group.
  • 7.
    Define the permissions for the added call group in the below sections:

      NOTE: All the Groups available in site will be displayed  here. Define which elevator should be permitted for use with this call group.
      Click SELECT ALL button.
  • 8.
    Call group created and ready to be assigned for USERS.
