    KONE Flow Manager for Elevator Call

    Manage permission gropus

    Create new permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click ADD NEW PERMISSION GROUP.
    • 4.
      Give a name for the permission group in PERMISSION GROUP DETAILS.
    • 5.
      Define the permissions for the group in the following sections:

      ELEVATORS:

      • Always - the users can call the elevator with KONE Flow.
        If enabled, it is still possible to restrict access to certain floors. This feature needs to be enabled by KONE. For more information, contact KONE.
      • No - the users are not allowed to call the elevator with KONE Flow
    • 6.
      Click CREATE PERMISSION GROUP.

    Edit permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click EDIT on the permission group that you want to edit.
    • 4.
      Define the permissions for the group in the following sections:

      PERMISSION GROUP DETAILS - name of the permission group

      ELEVATORS:

      • Always - the users can call the elevator with KONE Flow.
        If enabled, it is still possible to restrict access to certain floors. This feature needs to be enabled by KONE. For more information, contact KONE.
      • No - the users are not allowed to call the elevator with KONE Flow
    • 5.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

        Note: Editing a permission group does not affect the existing facilities' permissions.

    Delete permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click EDIT on the permission group that you want to delete.
    • 4.
      Click DELETE.
    • 5.
      Click YES.

        Note: Deleting a permission group does not affect the existing facilities' permissions.
