    Replace main user

    You can replace the main user of a facility. None of the sub-users are affected. Only their permission management is moved to a new main user.
    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click FACILITIES.
    • 3.
      Click the facility that you want to assign a new main user to.
    • 4.
    • 5.
      Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the new main user.
    • 6.
      Click REPLACE.
      A confirmation message displays.
    • 7.
      Deliver an invitation email to the new main user.
