Add and manage Graphics
The Graphics app allows you to upload graphics to show on your screens.
Before these procedures, select a display group and enable the app. For more information, see KONE Content Manager and Enable apps.
Set up Graphics

iNote: Images look best when they match the screen size and resolution. KONE recommends the following resolutions:
- Landscape: 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Portrait: 1080 x 1920 pixels
For other resolutions, KONE recommends to use 16:9 aspect ratio.

iNote: The smoothness of transitions can vary depending on the media type. Always test how your content looks like before leaving it on rotation.

1.Click Upload and choose a file to upload.
Supporterd images:- JPEG
- PNG
Supported PowerPoint presentations:
- PPT
- PPTX

iNote: Videos are not supported.

2.Click Upload.
You can reset the uploader by clicking Remove All.
You can also click and drag a folder of files to the uploader. -
iNote: Do not navigate away from the page during the upload.

3.Choose which display group to deploy the files to.
If you do not select any display group, the files stay available in your library.
Manage content

1.Click the small arrow next to the title of the app (Graphics) to view graphics for other display groups, or to view your library for all available graphics.

2.Set filters to see all graphics of a certain type, for example:
- File type
- Date uploaded
- Upload source

3.Click Clear to reset the filters.

4.Modify the display order of graphics.
- Clear all filters.
- Hover your cursor over the graphic which order you want to modify.
- Use the 3 lines in the lower left corner of the graphic to drag it to a different position.
- Click Save Order.

5.Click the list/grid toggle to see all your graphics as a list, and to select or delete them.

6.Click Edit Details to see more details and management options for your graphic.
- The Details tab allows renaming your graphics and provides details about the file type.
- The Display Groups tab allows choosing the display groups a graphic is added to.
- The Schedule tab allows scheduling when your graphic displays.

iNote: With multiple locations, check the Display Groups tab to see which locations are affected before making schedule changes.
Bulk edit graphics

1.Click the small circle on the top left corner of the graphics view to select multiple graphics.

2.Click Edit # to edit the selected graphics.

3.To delete graphics permanently, select graphics with the circle checkbox and click Delete.
