    Add Facebook Page

    To display Facebook content, set up or use an existing Facebook Page for business. Only content from the Facebook Page you add display on your screens.

      Note: During the setup, the Facebook Page administrator must log in using the Media Content Dashboard.
    The Facebook app pulls posts from the Facebook Page into your feed.

    Your Facebook feed displays up to 50 most recent Facebook posts. The app pulls the posts every 5 - 10 minutes. Only public posts display on the feed. Posts form private profiles do not display in the feed.

    The following content is not supported:

    • Facebook check-ins
    • Links to news articles, blog posts or any other external site
    • Reviews
    • Videos
    • Photo album uploads
    • Mentions of your hashtag made on Facebook

    Before this procedure, select a display group and enable the app. For more information, see KONE Content Manager and Enable apps.

      Click Add Facebook Page.

      Follow the onscreen prompts.
      The dashboard starts to pull posts added to the Facebook page.
