    Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

    Before these procedures, add a Facebook page, or Instagram or Twitter feed.

      Note: If there are no new posts within the last 7 days, nothing is displayed on the screen.

    Manage posts

    • 1.
      Click Manage Posts to view your posts.
      The Live Posts column displays all posts currently in your feed.
    • 2.
      To favorite a post, click the heart icon.
    • 3.
      To delete a post, click the trash icon.
    • 4.
      To view the post on the original site, select the 3-dot icon.
      This feature is available only for the Instagram and Twitter apps.

    Ban users

    • 1.
      Click Manage Posts to view your posts.
      The Live Posts column displays all posts currently in your feed.
    • 2.
      Select the 3-dot icon -> Ban User.
      Banning is only available for Instagram and Twitter apps.
      The posts from banned users do not display on your screens.

    Unban users

    • 1.
      Click Banned users on the page where you manage your posts.
      The link is visible only if you have banned at least one user.
      A lists of all banned users of all social networks, and links to to their profiles display.
    • 2.
      Click Unban to remove a user from the banned users list.

    Pre-approve posts before displaying

    You can control the displayed content with pre-approval and Profanity filters.
    • 1.
      Click Settings.
    • 2.
      Turn on Pre-Approval.
      The posts for your feed appear on the Needs Approval column before displaying on your screens.
      To approve a post and display it on your screens, click the check mark of the post.
    • 3.
      To approve a post and display it on your screens, click the check mark of the post.

    Customize Facebook content

    • 1.
      Click Settings.
    • 2.
      Use the Image Formatting section to:
      • Set the image format within a post to “Contain” or “Cover”.
      • Show or hide the social network icon.
      • Enable or disable the Call To Action screen.
    • 3.
      Use the Layout Customization section to configure how your images display on the screen:
      • Size of your image
      • Layout of your media and outline of your images
      • Image display speed
    • 4.
      Use the Call To Action screen to:
      • Configure a custom message for your screen.
      • Upload your own logo image.
    • 5.
      Use Style Your Wall to edit or delete any custom theme:
      • Hover your cursor over any custom theme created previously and click Edit or Delete.
      • If you do not have any custom themes, edit a pre-existing default theme by hovering over it and clicking Edit theme.
