    Take elevator out of service

    With a PIN code, you can remove an elevator car from normal service.

    The elevator car serves the reserved calls and stops accepting new calls. Release the elevator back to normal use after the service break, if possible.

    • 1.
      Enter PIN code or use access card to access the personal menu on the destination operating panel.
    • 2.
      Select OUT OF SERVICE.
    • 3.
      Select the elevator to be taken out of service and select DONE to close the view.
    After the service break, the elevator must be released from the reserved state.

    • 1.
      Enter PIN code or use access card to access the reserved state view.
    • 2.
      Deselect the reserved elevator.
    • 3.
      Select DONE to complete the release.
