    Make freight call

    If you require extra space in the elevator car, for example for large items, use the freight call.

    When making a freight call, the system allocates an elevator with extra space in the car for you.

    Note: Making this special call typically requires the user to have respective access rights, such as an access card or a PIN code. For more information, contact your administrator or reception.

    Space-allocation-call-full-sequence
    • 1.
      Swipe your access card on the access reader on the destination operating panel using long swipe (more than 1 second).
    • 2.
      Select FREIGHT CALL.
    • 3.
      Select the destination floor.
    • 4.
      Take the assigned elevator to your destination floor.
