Apply permission group to multiple facilities
Before this procedure: Make sure that the intended facilities do not have any main users defined yet. Otherwise, the new permissions affect the current main users' existing permissions.

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click to select the PERMISSION GROUPS tab.

3.Locate the permission group you want to apply and click APPLY TO FACILITIES.

4.Choose the facilities you want to apply this permission group to with tickboxes.

5.Click APPLY PERMISSION GROUP.
A confirmation message displays.
Apply permission group to multiple managed users

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click to select the PERMISSION GROUPS tab.

3.Locate the permission group you want to apply and click APPLY TO MANAGED USERS.

4.Choose the managed users you want to apply this permission group to with tickboxes.

5.Click APPLY PERMISSION GROUP.
A confirmation message displays.
