Manage facilities
Add facility

iNote: By default, KONE already has added the existing facilities of your building to the system. Only add a new facility if there is a new building area that requires another main user to manage access permissions. For more information on how to onboard the main user to the facility, refer to Onboard multiple main users.

iNote: Set main user permissions before sending the invitation email, so that the correct permissions are applied to the main user.

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click ADD ONE FACILITY.

4.Fill in the facility name, number, block, and floor.
You can also add notes for your own reference in the My Note section. -
5.Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the main user of the facility.
For more information, refer to Users. -
iNote: By default, the name displays on all intercoms the main user has permission to. Use last name only.

6.Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
Modify facility settings

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click the facility that you want to edit.
The following sections display:- Facility Details - facility name, number, block, and floor
- Main User - main user of the facility

4.Edit the facility settings as needed.

For more information on how to manage activated keys and services, refer to Activate and delete smartphone keys and key tags and Activate and delete intercom services.

Delete facility

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click the facility that you want to delete.

4.Click DELETE FACILITY.
A confirmation window displays. -
5.Click YES.
A confirmation message displays. -
iNote: The system also removes the main user and sub-user permissions related to the deleted facility.
