I have trouble opening door with smartphone key and I have trouble receiving video intercom calls on KONE Flow app

This topic is intended for users not living in nor using the apartment or facility they own. For example, you can be a landlord living elsewhere, but at the same time, you are still the KONE Residential Flow main user for the residents living in your apartment.
If you do not use the KONE Flow smartphone application, you can still use KONE Residential Flow. You can use a key tag to open the building doors, and you can answer intercom calls with your phone. You can even open the main door for your visitors remotely.
You can call the elevator with your Amazon Alexa virtual assistant. You can link multiple Alexa devices with your KONE Flow account.
