    Change intercom permissions

    Change intercom permissions of main users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click FACILITIES.
    • 3.
      Click to select the facility for which the main user is assigned to.
    • 4.
      Locate the MAIN USER PERMISSIONS section.
    • 5.
      Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
      All entrances with intercom display.
    • 6.
      Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
      • Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
      • No - the user cannot receive calls
    • 7.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

        Note: Only the selected user's permissions are modified.

        Note: Intercoms shared from another site are indicated with a share icon next to the name of the equipment.

    Change intercom permissions of sub-users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click FACILITIES.
    • 3.
      Click to select the facility for which the sub-user is assigned to.
    • 4.
      Click VIEW after the sub-user's name in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
    • 5.
      Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
      All entrances with intercom display.
    • 6.
      Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
      • Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
      • No - the user cannot receive calls
    • 7.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

    Change intercom permissions of managed users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click MANAGED USERS.
    • 3.
      Click to select a managed user.
    • 4.
      Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
      All entrances with intercom display.
    • 5.
      Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
      • Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
      • No - the user cannot receive calls
    • 6.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.
      Only the selected user's permission get modified.
