Change intercom permissions
Change intercom permissions of main users

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click to select the facility for which the main user is assigned to.

4.Locate the MAIN USER PERMISSIONS section.

5.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All entrances with intercom display. -
6.Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
- Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
- No - the user cannot receive calls

7.Click SAVE CHANGES.

iNote: Only the selected user's permissions are modified.

iNote: Intercoms shared from another site are indicated with a share icon next to the name of the equipment.
Change intercom permissions of sub-users

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click to select the facility for which the sub-user is assigned to.

4.Click VIEW after the sub-user's name in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.

5.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All entrances with intercom display. -
6.Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
- Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
- No - the user cannot receive calls

7.Click SAVE CHANGES.

2.Click MANAGED USERS.

3.Click to select a managed user.
-
4.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All entrances with intercom display. -
5.Edit the intercom permissions with following options:
- Always - the user can receive video calls and audio calls
- No - the user cannot receive calls

6.Click SAVE CHANGES.
Only the selected user's permission get modified. -
