Onboard users who do not use KONE Flow
KONE Residential Flow users without the KONE Flow application can:
- Receive intercom audio calls as normal phone calls
- Open doors with key tags

1.Onboard the user.

2.Link the user's phone number with the intercom audio call.
For more information, refer to Activate and delete intercom services. -
3.Activate a key tag for the user.
For more information, refer to Activate and delete smartphone keys and key tags. -
iNote: Users must always keep their mechanical keys with them as a backup. KONE Flow does not replace the mechanical keys.

4.Print instructions for the user.
