KONE Flow Manager for Residential Flow

Onboard users who do not use KONE Flow

KONE Residential Flow users without the KONE Flow application can:

Receive intercom audio calls as normal phone calls
Open doors with key tags

1.

Onboard the user.
For more information, refer to Onboarding.
2.

Link the user's phone number with the intercom audio call.
For more information, refer to Activate and delete intercom services.
3.

Activate a key tag for the user.
For more information, refer to Activate and delete smartphone keys and key tags.

Note: Users must always keep their mechanical keys with them as a backup. KONE Flow does not replace the mechanical keys.

4.

Print instructions for the user.
