    KONE Flow Manager for Residential Flow

    Manage permission gropus

    For more information on permissions, refer to Permissions.

    Create new permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click ADD NEW PERMISSION GROUP.
    • 4.
      Give a name for the permission group in PERMISSION GROUP DETAILS.
    • 5.
      Define the permissions for the group in the following sections:

      ACCESS AND INTERCOM:

      • Always - the users have access to the door and intercom
      • No - the users do not have access to the door and intercom

      ELEVATORS:

      • Always - the users can call the elevator with KONE Flow
      • No - the users are not allowed to call the elevator with KONE Flow
    • 6.
      Click CREATE PERMISSION GROUP.
      For more information on applying the permission group, refer to Apply permission group to multiple facilities or managed users.

    Edit permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click EDIT on the permission group that you want to edit.
    • 4.
      Define the permissions for the group in the following sections:

      PERMISSION GROUP DETAILS - name of the permission group

      ACCESS AND INTERCOM: 

      • Always - the users have access to the door and intercom
      • No - the users do not have access to the door and intercom

      ELEVATORS:

      • Always - the users can call the elevator with KONE Flow
      • No - the users are not allowed to call the elevator with KONE Flow
    • 5.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

    Delete permission group

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click PERMISSION GROUPS.
    • 3.
      Click EDIT on the permission group that you want to delete.
    • 4.
      Click DELETE.
    • 5.
      Click YES.
