Change access permissions
Change permissions of main users
-
1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.
-
3.Click to select the facility for which the main user is assigned to.

4.Locate the MAIN USER PERMISSIONS section.

5.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All available entrances with access and intercom display. -
6.Assign access permissions.
Always - permanent access to the door or intercom
Never - no access to the door or intercom -
7.Click SAVE CHANGES.
Only the selected user's permission get modified. -
iNote: Access readers or intercoms shared from another site are indicated with a share icon next to the name of the equipment.
Change permissions of sub-users

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click to select the facility for which the sub-user is assigned to.

4.Click VIEW after the sub-user's name in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.

5.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All available entrances with access and intercom display. -
6.Assign access permissions.
Always - permanent access to the door or intercom
Never - no access to the door or intercom -
7.Click SAVE CHANGES.
Only the selected user's permission get modified. -

2.Click MANAGED USERS.

3.Click to select a managed user.

4.Locate the ACCESS AND INTERCOM section.
All available entrances with access and intercom display. -
5.Assign access permissions.
Always - permanent access to the door or intercom
Never - no access to the door or intercom -
6.Click SAVE CHANGES.
Only the selected user's permission get modified. -
