    Manage equipment settings

    You can have an overview of all equipment installed on your site and manage them under SITE SETTINGS.

      Note: You can manage the settings of site equipment shared from another site under the site where the equipment was originally installed.

    View equipment

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click SITE SETTINGS.
      The Site Equipment section lists all equipment installed on your site.

    Rename equipment

    • 1.
      Click the equipment that you want to rename.
      The equipment can be an elevator, intercom, or intercom with access.
    • 2.
      Click RENAME.
    • 3.
      Edit the name.

        Note: The changed name reflects on all users' KONE Flow application. Make sure to use a name that easily allows you to locate the access point, for example, bike storage or garage.
    • 4.
      Click RENAME.

    Edit intercom contact names

    • 1.
      Click the equipment which contact names you want to edit.
      The equipment can be an intercom or intercom with access.
    • 2.
      Click MANAGE CONTACTS.
    • 3.
      Click RENAME on the contact name that you want to edit.
    • 4.
      Edit the contact name.
    • 5.
      Click RENAME.

    Manage PIN codes

    You can create a new or change the existing PIN code of an intercom with access.
    • 1.
      Click an intercom with access.
    • 2.
      Click ACCESS PIN CODE.
    • 3.
      To create a new PIN code:
      • A.
        Click ADD NEW PIN CODE.
      • B.
        Enter a new PIN code.
      • C.
        Enter a description for your own reference.
      • D.
        Click SAVE.

        Note: You can create a maximum of 5 PIN codes per access reader.
    • 4.
      To edit an existing PIN code:
      • A.
        Click EDIT on the PIN code that you want to edit.
      • B.
        Edit the PIN code or its description.
      • C.
        Click SAVE.
    • 5.
      To deactivate and delete an existing PIN code:
      • A.
        Click DEACTIVATE AND DELETE on the PIN code that you want to delete.
      • B.
        Click YES.
