Manage site contact information

The site contact information allows the users of a site to contact you when required. The site contact information displays in the KONE Flow application for all users of the site.

1.

Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
2.

Click SITE SETTING.
3.

Fill in or edit your name, title, phone number, and email address in the CONTACT INFO section.

Note: The email address is also used to notify you when a main user is waiting for your facility access approval. For more information, refer to Onboard new facilities with users.

4.

Click SAVE CHANGES.
