Replace main user
You can replace the main user of a facility. None of the residents are affected. Only their permission management is moved to a new main user.

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click FACILITIES.

3.Click the facility that you want to assign a new main user to.

4.Click REPLACE MAIN USER.

5.Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the new main user.

iNote: By default, the name displays on all intercoms the main user has permission to. Use last name only.

6.Click REPLACE.
A confirmation message displays. -
7.Deliver an invitation email to the new main user.
