You can replace the main user of a facility. None of the residents are affected. Only their permission management is moved to a new main user.
Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
Click the facility that you want to assign a new main user to.
Click REPLACE MAIN USER.
Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the new main user.
Note: By default, the name displays on all intercoms the main user has permission to. Use last name only.
A confirmation message displays.
Deliver an invitation email to the new main user.
