Manage managed users
Add managed users

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click MANAGED USERS.

3.Click ADD NEW MANAGED USER.

4.Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the new user.
You can add notes for your own reference in the My Note section. You can also add a profile name that you can use to filter groups of users. -
5.Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

6.Define the permissions for the visitor in the PERMISSIONS section.

7.Click SAVE AND DELIVER INVITATION EMAIL.
The system sends an invitation email to onboard the user.

Delete managed users
-
1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Click MANAGED USERS.

3.Click the user who you want to delete.

4.Click DELETE USER.
A confirmation dialogue displays. -
5.Click YES
A confirmation message displays.
