    KONE Flow Manager for Residential Flow

    Manage managed users

    Add managed users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click MANAGED USERS.
    • 3.
      Click ADD NEW MANAGED USER.
    • 4.
      Fill in the name, email, and phone number of the new user.
      You can add notes for your own reference in the My Note section. You can also add a profile name that you can use to filter groups of users.
    • 5.
      Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
    • 6.
      Define the permissions for the visitor in the PERMISSIONS section.
    • 7.
      Click SAVE AND DELIVER INVITATION EMAIL.
      The system sends an invitation email to onboard the user.
      For more information on invitation emails, refer to Deliver invitation emails.

    Delete managed users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click MANAGED USERS.
    • 3.
      Click the user who you want to delete.
    • 4.
      Click DELETE USER.
      A confirmation dialogue displays.
    • 5.
      Click YES
      A confirmation message displays.

    Modify permissions and services of managed users
