    KONE Flow Manager for Residential Flow

    Activate and delete intercom services

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Locate where to manage the access services by user type:

      Main users - Click FACILITIES-> Facility of the main user and locate the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
      Sub-users - Click FACILITIES -> Facility of the sub-user -> VIEW after the name of the user.
      Managed users - Click MANAGED USERS -> name of the user.

      To deactivate and delete an intercom audio or video connection:
      • A.
        Click DEACTIVATE AND DELETE for the connection that you want to delete in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
        A confirmation dialogue displays.
      • B.
        Click YES.
    • 4.
      To activate a new intercom audio connection:
      • i
        Note: Only the intercom audio call is available for users who do not use KONE Flow.
      • A.
        Click ACTIVATE NEW AUDIO CALL.
      • B.
        Fill in the contact name to be displayed on the intercom and the phone number to be called.
      • C.
        Click SAVE.
