Activate and delete intercom services

1.Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

2.Locate where to manage the access services by user type:
Main users - Click FACILITIES-> Facility of the main user and locate the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
Sub-users - Click FACILITIES -> Facility of the sub-user -> VIEW after the name of the user.
Managed users - Click MANAGED USERS -> name of the user. -
3.To deactivate and delete an intercom audio or video connection:

A.Click DEACTIVATE AND DELETE for the connection that you want to delete in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
A confirmation dialogue displays. -
B.Click YES.

4.To activate a new intercom audio connection:

iNote: Only the intercom audio call is available for users who do not use KONE Flow.

A.Click ACTIVATE NEW AUDIO CALL.

B.Fill in the contact name to be displayed on the intercom and the phone number to be called.

C.Click SAVE.
