    Change elevator permissions

      Note: If your building has two or more elevators behind the same entrance door, connect only one elevator for the user. If you connect many elevators, automatic elevator calling is disabled. If the wrong elevator always comes to pick up the user, change the connected elevator with the calling service radio buttons, but only leave one elevator selected.

    Change elevator permissions for main users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click FACILITIES.
    • 3.
      Click to select the facility for which the sub-user is assigned to.
    • 4.
      Locate the MAIN USER PERMISSION section.
    • 5.
      Locate the ELEVATORS section.
      All elevators of the site display.
    • 6.
      Assign permission for each elevator with the following options:
      • Always - the user can call the elevator for visitors or for him/herself when entering the building
        If enabled, it is still possible to restrict access to certain floors. This feature needs to be enabled by KONE. For more information, contact KONE.
      • No - the user is not allowed to call the elevator
    • 7.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

        Note: Only the selected user's permissions are modified.

    Change elevator permissions for sub-users

    • 1.
      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.
    • 2.
      Click FACILITIES.
    • 3.
      Click to select the facility for which the sub-user is assigned to.
    • 4.
      Click VIEW after the sub-user's name in the ACTIVATED KEYS AND SERVICES section.
    • 5.
      Locate the ELEVATORS section.
      All elevators of the site display.
    • 6.
      Assign permission for each elevator with the following options:
      • Always - the user can call the elevator for visitors or for him/herself when entering the building
        If enabled, it is still possible to restrict access to certain floors. This feature needs to be enabled by KONE. For more information, contact KONE.
      • No - the user is not allowed to call the elevator
    • 7.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.

      Log in to KONE Flow Manager.

      Click MANAGED USERS.
    • 3.
      Click to select a managed user.
    • 4.
      Locate the ELEVATORS section.
      All elevators of the site display.
    • 5.
      Assign permission for each elevator with the following options:
      • Always - the user can call the elevator for visitors or for him/herself when entering the building
        If enabled, it is still possible to restrict access to certain floors. This feature needs to be enabled by KONE. For more information, contact KONE.
      • No - the user is not allowed to call the elevator
    • 6.
      Click SAVE CHANGES.
