    I cannot sign into KONE Flow app

    Please make sure that your smartphone has internet connection and you have filled all required information correctly. You can test the internet connection by opening your smartphone's browser. Also make sure that your device date and time settings including time zone are set correctly. For more information on setting date and time, refer to your device’s instructions. If you don’t have a KONE Flow account, please refer to Sign up for KONE Flow.
