    KONE Flow Mobile App for Residential Flow

    Do I have to have the KONE Flow app open in order to receive notifications such as incoming intercom calls?

    As long as you are not signed out of the app and your smartphone or tablet has internet connection, you will receive the incoming calls. Do not forcibly close the KONE Flow app on your phone. If the app is not running in the background, you may encounter issues such as video calls without picture or door opening button. However, you will not receive incoming calls if you have enabled "Do Not Disturb" -option on your smartphone or if you have disabled the intercom calls from the KONE Flow app. Please refer to Manage intercom settings for more information on enabling or disabling intercom calls. Please refer to your device manufacturer for more information on how to enable or disable "Do Not Disturb" -option on your smartphone.
