Open Google Play.

Download and install KONE Flow.
The language of KONE Flow follows the language setting of your smartphone's operating system.
Some Android smartphones use battery saving methods that make KONE Flow unresponsive for door opening, video calls, and similar features. Similarly, some Android smartphones require location settings to be on.
